Living and Dining Area
The area is bright and perfect for entertaining within it’s spacious, bright and contemporary dual living and dining area. Both rooms are fitted with plantation shutter blinds. The Living area has a 4 seater settee, a large swivel armchair with footrest and 2 smaller arm chairs, there is a wall mounted 32″ smart TV with onload Brit Box along with other streaming apps.
The room is features a beautiful original fireplace and a large bright bay window. The large dining area has a dresser and dining table which comfortably seats 6 people.
Kitchen
Fully fitted modern galley type kitchen, electric single oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads onto the rear outside area.
FIRST FLOOR:
Staircase
The stairs lead from the ground floor up to the family bathroom. Beautifully decorated with its white original spindle balustrades and striped stylish contemporary carpets throughout. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the half landing which has 4 stairs from the main landing.
Family Bathroom
Spacious and modern fitted family bathroom with his and hers basins and matching over mirrors, toilet, large walk in shower and heated towel rail.
Washroom
Additional to the family bathroom there is a washroom with toilet and basin.
Bedroom 1
The room is spacious, bright and fitted with plantation shutter blinds. Comfortably fitted with a super king size bed, bedside wooden drawers with matching bedside lamps and dresser. With its busy and lively centre and quayside that offers you spectacular views and an atmosphere of a charming and busy boating harbour. It’s proud naval traditions run alongside it medieval ruins scattered alongside its embankment and around the streets of the old town.
There is a great selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutiques and novelty shops to visits and pass your afternoon away.
The South West Coastal Path can be accessed from the town which boast some of the areas most stunning views.
Beaches within the South Hams are a short drive away and the English Rivera and Dartmooor National Park is close enough drive for a fantastic day trip.

Regular bus routes are available to Paignton, Torquay and Totnes.
The area is boasts some of the very best walking routes, The Daymark in Kingswear, South West Coastal Path is accessible from town centre, Dartmouth to Dittisham are just a few to mention.
Follow A3122 into Dartmouth, on the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on A3122, on the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Townstal Road/A3122, at the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on Townstal Road/A379, take the right hand turning onto Victoria Road. Dunestal Cottage is on your left as you drive further down Victoria Road heading towards Dartmouth town.
