The Living Space

Bellevue has been designed with comfort and sociability in mind.

The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self-catering stay, featuring sleek grey cabinetry, integrated appliances, a central island with breakfast seating and plenty of workspace for preparing family meals. French doors lead directly onto the garden, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend seamlessly.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright dining area with a large wooden dining table, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners or evening games after a day exploring the coast.

The beautiful garden room is undoubtedly one of Bellevue’s highlights. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers panoramic views across the landscaped gardens and rolling countryside beyond. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book or watching the sunset with a glass of wine, this peaceful space invites you to slow down and unwind.

Beautiful Bedrooms

Bellevue comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a luxurious sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, elegant furnishings, an en-suite shower room and dual French doors opening onto Juliet balconies. Wake each morning to uninterrupted rural views stretching across the Devon countryside.

The second king-size bedroom is equally impressive, offering generous proportions, stylish décor, comfortable bedding and countryside views through French doors and skylights. The calming teal feature walls and boutique-style furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep.

The third bedroom continues the home’s contemporary styling and provides another comfortable sleeping space, making Bellevue ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.

Modern Bathrooms

The property benefits from beautifully finished bathrooms featuring contemporary tiling, spacious walk-in showers and a modern family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Bright, fresh and immaculately presented, they provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Living

Outside, Bellevue continues to impress.

The generous enclosed garden offers plenty of space for children to play while adults relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Patio areas provide the ideal setting for alfresco dining, morning coffees or evening drinks as the sun sets over the surrounding fields.

The elevated position means guests can enjoy uninterrupted countryside vistas, creating a true sense of tranquillity throughout your stay.
